Basic Concept

Based on our corporate mission of "SAVE the DIGITAL WORLD", we work as a global quality partner with a diverse workforce to create a safe and secure digital society where people around the world can live with a smile on their faces. 

With those concepts, we strategically secure human resources with specialized skills, such as engineers, and we also actively promote the development of various IT human resources by hiring people with various backgrounds but with potential abilities and utilizing our proprietary training programs, etc.

We aim to enhance our corporate value by utilizing these human resources to improve our service quality and technical capabilities, and to expand our services to meet the diversifying needs of our clients.

We will continue to invest in this human capital to achieve sustainable growth and contribute to solving social issues such as the growing shortage of IT human resources.

Human Resource Development

We aim to reach our goal of having20,000 people "IT Human Resources/Qualitists," specialists who contribute to the quality of software. To achieve this goal, the Group is working to develop human resources by establishing various training programs according to their expertise.

Specifically, we provide our employees with e-learning programs to learn the basic knowledge and skills of software testing, "DH Cyber Boot Camp" to learn the basics of cyber security in a two-week classroom course, and "AGEST Academy" to learn the leading-edge quality technology and other expertise as QA engineers. The Company also offers "DH Cyber Boot Camp," a two-week classroom course on the basics of software testing. In addition, we encourage employees to improve their skills by introducing a support system for certification acquisition, such as the "ISTQB" certification for software testing engineers, and an examination leave system.

Initiatives for Enhancing Job Satisfaction

We recognize that ensuring the health and safety of employees is one of the most important issues for the sustainable development of the company. we will strive to ensure a safe and pleasant working environment, maintain and promote the mental and physical health of our employees, and continue to work to create an environment in which diverse human resources can work with enthusiasm by complying with applicable laws and regulations concerning occupational safety and health, such as the prevention of overwork. 

Specifically, we are working to create a workplace environment that promotes a work style that is not restricted by time or place, such as thorough labor management, training on harassment and other issues, the establishment of various consultation services provided by external organizations, and the introduction of a flextime system and utilization of telework. In addition, all of us have not formed a labor union, we respect the freedom of association and the right to collective bargaining as the rights of employees.

Diversity & Inclusion

We strive to create a work environment where a diverse range of people can work while making the most of their individuality, including the promotion of active women participation. We work to develop a work system and office environment where not only women, but also foreign nationals, people with withdrawal experience, and people with disabilities can work with peace of mind. 

In addition, in cooperation with employment support organizations, we provide a test experience program (bug training participants) for those who have not yet entered the workforce, and open social farm office (certified by local governments) to accept those who have difficulty in finding work.

Intellectual Property

In our first business, debugging services, we have over 20 years of accumulated the expertise and a solid customer base, In the area of QA solutions, where we are currently focusing on business expansion, we have strong relationships with global software testing experts, testing processes that conform to global standards for software testing, and research on advanced technologies through industry-academia collaboration (AGEST Testing Lab.). We are working to enhance its corporate value by leveraging these intellectual properties, improving service quality and technological capabilities, and expanding services to meet diversifying client needs.

We will continue to invest in these intellectual properties to achieve sustainable growth.

Through its owned media "Sqripts," we will provide comprehensive information on software quality improvement, including the latest industry and technology trends, to improve the skills of not only us but all engineers and IT Human Resources in Japan as a whole, and to help solve social issues such as the worsening IT personnel shortage. We will contribute to the resolution of social issues such as the worsening IT Human Resources shortage.
