Toshiya Tsukushi

Born in 1965. After working for a consulting company and a financial institution, he promoted the formulation of growth strategies as a Director, executive officer and CFO of Nissen Holdings Co., Ltd. Joined our company in 2017 and promoted M&A deals as Director and CFO. Appointed Director, Executive Vice President and CFO in 2021, Director, Executive Vice President and COO in 2023, and Representative Director, President and CEO in 2024.

Eiichi Miyazawa

Born in 1972. He established the original business of DIGITAL HEARTS in 2001 and rapidly expanded it by launching a unique business model utilizing diverse human resources such as core gamers. In 2013, shifting to a holding company structure, he became its Representative Director, President and CEO, and in 2017 he was appointed Director and Chairman. Appointed Representative Director and Chairman in 2024.

Takashi Yanagiya

Born in 1951. At Nomura Securities Co., Ltd., he served as Representative Director, Senior Managing Director and as other titles of officers. Appointed as our Outside Director in 2014.

Emiko Murei

Born in 1969. She is a certified public accountant, and currently serves as the head of her own accounting firm while serving as a professor of Aoyama Gakuin University Graduate School of Professional Accountancy. Appointed as our Outside Director in 2022.

Ryo Chikasawa

Born in 1984. He is qualified as an attorney and currently serves as a partner lawyer at Mori Hamada & Matsumoto LPC (currently Mori Hamada & Matsumoto). Appointed as our Outside Director in 2022.

Masahide Date

Born in 1971. After working for KAIBUNDO PUBLISHING CO., LTD., he joined DIGITAL HEARTS Co., Ltd. in 2002. He served as Accounting Section Manager in the Administration Department before being appointed Audit & Supervisory Board Member of DIGITAL HEARTS Co., Ltd. in 2005. He was appointed Audit & Supervisory Board Member of the Company in 2013 and has served as a Director and Full-time Audit and Supervisory Committee Member since 2026.

Emiko Akatsu

Born in 1963. She held senior leadership positions in human resources, organizational development, talent development, and diversity management at several major global companies, including General Electric Capital Consumer Finance Co., Ltd. (currently Shinsei Financial Co., Ltd.), ORACLE CORPORATION JAPAN, and Takeda Pharmaceutical Company Limited.  In 2022, she founded Future Me Company, Ltd., where she serves as President, providing HR consulting and corporate training services, and was appointed Outside Director of AJIS CO., LTD. in the same year. She was appointed Outside Audit & Supervisory Board Member of the Company in 2025 and has served as an Outside Director and Audit and Supervisory Committee Member since 2026.

Ikuyo Horiguchi

Born in 1964. After working for Recruit Co., Ltd. and other companies, she joined Benesse Corporation, where she served as Executive Officer responsible for overseeing the Media, Mail-Order, and Food Delivery business divisions. She later served as Executive Officer of Cookpad Inc., overseeing the Media, Public Relations, and Sales divisions. In 2017, she was appointed President and Representative Director of O-uccino, Inc. (currently Kufu Sumai Inc.), and subsequently held various key positions within the group. She was appointed Outside Director and Audit and Supervisory Committee Member of the Company in 2026.
